I want to share with you an amazing pizza recipe that doesn’t require the use of an oven! Yes, that’s right! This no bake pizza recipe is what you have been missing in your life! Specially if you don’t like using the oven or if you don’t have one. Let’s get started.
First, you have to prepare all the ingredients, which I have listed for you below. The recipe is for two people so, you may adjust it according to your needs. However, for the initial try, I would recommend you follow the recipe as is first for you to see how the recipe works.
No Bake Pizza Ingredients:
- 150g flour
- 80-90ml water
- 5g fresh baker’s yeast or you can use 2 dry yeast
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- A pinch of salt
Now that you have all the ingredients, you need to prepare the dough by putting the flour in a bowl. Add in the yeast, a pinch of salt, 1 tbsp of olive oil and water. Mix all the ingredients until you get a ball of dough.
The dough may stick a bit but you have to make sure that it is not too sticky. The sticker it is, the harder the pizza will be. Knead for about ten minutes and make a ball out of your dough.
Then, put in the bowl again and cover for two hours to allow it to ferment. When the dough already doubled its size, remove it from the bowl and slightly crush it to remove excess gas from the mass. The dough is now ready for frying!
Prepare a non-stick pan and drizzle with some oil. Shape the dough and spread it out to cover the whole of the pan, making sure that the dough is not too thick. Then, put whatever you want on top of your pizza such as tomato base, cheese, cooked ham, pineapple and your favorite herbs.
