For a shelter kitten sick with a contagious disease that could spread in humans and animals, to be touched or held by anyone is a miracle. And for long long weeks, the young cat named Valentino have been waiting for that someone who’ll hear his silent appeal. He just needs somebody who cares to help him survive as fighting alone is getting tougher everyday.

We can all tell that Valentino is one unfortunate shelter kitten for having been through a difficult life. To battle a serious illness is very challenging. More so, when you feel nobody is willing to lend a helping hand.

This is the life that this shelter kitten has been bearing for a couple of months now. And what’s more painful is, he is dying inside everyday, not just because of his medical condition. But also because of the pain caused by people who chose not to help him or even touch him because of his disease.

As for his face, it was so swollen and dirty. Additionally, his eyes were too caked that he can’t even open them.

If this shelter kitten could talk, we could probably hear him plead for our mercy. Despite being in a terrible condition, we can see the cat is fighting.

He wants to live. He needs treatment. He wants us to listen to him and shed a little care.

It really broke my heart into a million pieces when I read about this news. However, I still understand why some people who have seen him didn’t stop to take him.

As per reports, Valentino has a contagious disease called sarcoptic mange. This disease could actually transfer in humans and animals quickly. Having said that, there’s no wonder why passersby didn’t dare touch and even walk close to the shelter kitten.
