Researchers from the Harvard revealed that 3 to 5 cups of coffee in a day may lessen the likelihood of early death. Studies said that individuals who sip on the drink daily have lowered chances of dying from Type 2 Diabetes and neurological and heart diseases. This is in comparison to those people who do not drink coffee regularly.

In the study, the researchers observed the death rates of 208,501participants. They found that coffee drinkers are less likely to die from dreaded and life-threatening illnesses.

What’s more interesting is, coffee benefits also include protection from degenerative neurologic disorders like Parkinson’s disease. Moreover, the data revealed that the cases of suicide among coffee drinkers are lowered.

It is important to say, however, that the researchers found no evidence of injury or harm that may add to the risk and mortality rates of chronic diseases. What they can confirm is, the data consistently follows that coffee benefits human health by lowering heart diseases and Diabetes.
